Beth is one of the best Real Estate Professionals I have had the honor of working with. Came to Florida from Chicago, had condo scheduled for me to view. I put offer on one of five units (didn’t work out). Third day schedule more units to view ,put in offer (accepted). I left Florida after one week . Beth handled everything , Home Inspection , all paper work for Association, Closing Doc. , Made sure items were done on Home Inspection ,and many other things. Feel very lucky and grateful for such a good person. I put Beth Rivera at a # 1
